Here's a rough draft of the roleplaying rules; any opinions?
Roleplaying rules:
-You may create virtually any kind of RP you desire. The only restriction is that it shouldn't be used as a way to get around other rules of the board.
-Do not powerplay/godmode. This means don't automatically hit other characters with attacks, don't always dodge or block attacks, don't make characters that are too powerful or are unbalanced (too many advantages and not enough viable weaknesses), and don't control other characters when making major decisions.
-RPs, like the rest of the board, must conform to a PG rating. This gives a lot of leeway in creating complicated stories and plots, but restricts how graphic things can be (blood should be at a minimum, only light innuendo should be used; any questions, PM me).
-The RP starter is also generally in charge of the overall story in their thread, unless they otherwise state it. This means that if there is an argument or debate about something in the RP itself, then the thread starter has the final word as long as that final word does not break any of the rules of the board. If the debate or argument cannot be settled by those involved, I will moderate the situation, arbitrarily handing down a judgment.
-These rules are subject to revision and change as seen fit.
