Bauks (1:31 am): B: Jayell, for example - you said kids can transfer to other schools, but the rate of transfer... I'd say it's a fair deal less than ten percent, would you say that's about right? Any more and not much would get done...

Bauks (1:33 am): B: *nods* Now we're getting to what I really mean... there's stuff like transfers for the odd student that doesn't work out where they start, but most of the students that start at a school finish it.

Bauks (1:34 am): B: But the point of the experiment they're doing at Jayell is that, you're right, they don't need to force you to do stuff that gives back - they don't have to force anyone to be a recruiter, or a teacher, or a counsellor.
